Who I am
My name is Mattia Alessandro Ferrari and I was born on August 19, 1953. Originally from Lodrino, I have lived in Bellinzona for years.
After obtaining the Federal Matura type B, I began studying law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Neuchâtel. I obtained my law degree in 1979 and my attorney and notary license in the Canton of Ticino in 1982. Since then I have been the owner of the Law and Notary Office in Bellinzona.
I am a legal consultant for several professional associations, public bodies (municipalities, patricians, federations, etc.) and institutional and insurance bodies. I work as a legal consultant for the RASS SA Institute (Road Safety Research and Update), Bellinzona, for ASIF (Association of Forestry Entrepreneurs of Italian Switzerland) and for the Management of FCP (Cantonal Federation of Firefighters), Bellinzona.
I have also been a trainer of general law and criminal law at the Cantonal Police School (SCP) TI for over 25 years, a legal trainer and subject manager in the courses organised by the RASS SA Institute.
