Riccardo Viganò

Who I am
I am Riccardo Viganò and I have been working as a lawyer since 2015, at the law firm where I have been practicing law since 2014. I mainly deal with civil litigation, with a focus on commercial law, construction law, contract negotiation, labor law, family law and international and comparative law.
I graduated in Law from the University of Pavia, with a specialization in International, European and Comparative Law. During my academic career, I spent two years at the University of Lucerne, where I participated in the European Law Moot Court competition, reaching the regional stages.
Subsequently, I obtained a CAS in Arbitration from the Swiss Academy of Arbitration, a qualification awarded in collaboration with the Universities of Lucerne and Neuchâtel.
I am registered with the Ticino Bar Association and a member of the Swiss Bar Association.
In my free time, I dedicate myself to passions such as history, swimming and cooking, and I am a sectional delegate for the Touring Club of Switzerland in the Bellinzona district.
